Returns Policy

Touchwood Promotions stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will provide an exchange or store credit (excluding any postage costs).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• After the 30 days of receipt of purchase
• Items with noticeable wear
• Items with make up marks, tanning products, body odour, perfume, glitter or animal hair.
• Items must be in as new condition to be eligible for return, in original packaging, must be unwashed, unworn and all original tags attached.
• Touchwood Promotions reserves the right to deny an item that does not adhere to the conditions of this policy. In this instance the item/s will be returned to the address provided on the original order.

 

How to exchange an item:

• Contact us via email: info.touchwoodpromotions@gmail.com
• You will need to cover the cost of your return back to us and enclose a pre-paid satchel for your new item to be sent back. We recommend using a tracked method of postage as we are not responsible for the loss, stolen or undelivered parcels.
• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
